This program aims to improve mental health literacy, and provide skills and knowledge to help people better manage potential or developing mental health problems in themselves, a family member, a friend, or a colleague. Teaches participants how to: Recognize signs and symptoms of mental health problems Provide initial help Guide a person towards appropriate professional help This group will run for 4 Wednesdays, starting March 4: March 4, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM March 11, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM March 18, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM March 25, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Certificates are provided to attendees who complete 12 hours of training. You must be 18 years and older to attend this program.
